You know-a Quinoa?
My aunt sent me a "care package" from Trader Joe's awhile back and it included a box of quinoa. Does anyone know how to cook this stuff, any links to cool recipes or any awesome recipes of your own? I hate for perfectly good food to go to waste!
what the heck is that stuff? Is it a pasta? A fruit? I guess I could just go look it up lol...it's not like I don't have the internet or anything at my disposal. :)
I guess it's more like a seed or a grain. I really don't know either, henceforth the brainblock on what the hell to do with it! All the recipes I've seen look gross for some reason.
