Adventures in quinoa!

I have been able to round up a couple of ways to cook quinoa, so I will delve into this new grain or seed (I forget) and see what I come up with. It will be a culinary adventure of epic proportion! I will keep you posted with how it turns out and if it's good, I'll pass along the recipe so you all can have a crack at this!
